JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview:
I’m looking for a proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help support my growing personal brand focused on coaching, travel, and lifestyle. This is a part-time, long-term opportunity for someone who communicates clearly, takes initiative, and helps manage both social engagement and simple administrative tasks.

You will work closely with me (the business owner) to help repurpose content, schedule posts, manage engagement, and assist with brand growth tasks. Strong written English skills and the ability to follow instructions are very important.

Daily Tasks May Include:

LinkedIn Management
• Draft and schedule posts (content and direction provided)
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages professionally
• Engage with new connections and follow up with interested leads

Instagram Support
• Repurpose content from LinkedIn or Pinterest for IG posts
• Write simple, brand-aligned captions
• Keep track of content calendar

Blog & Newsletter Support
• Draft and schedule 1 monthly blog post (topics and direction provided)
• Create and send a quarterly email newsletter via ConvertKit
• Assist with occasional emails related to recurring events or promotions

Pinterest
• Design 12 branded graphics per month using Canva
• Schedule content every 3 days (guidance provided)

Outreach Support
• Help research potential brand partners or sponsors
• Keep track of outreach progress in Google Sheets

Qualifications:
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated and takes initiative
• Can follow instructions and meet deadlines
• Experience with Canva, LinkedIn, ConvertKit, or Pinterest is a plus (or willingness to learn)
• Must be comfortable using Google Docs/Sheets, Zoom, and communicating regularly

Work Hours & Pay:
• Part-time (2–3 hours per day, flexible schedule)
• $200–$250/month
• Long-term position for the right candidate
• Paid monthly via PayPal/Xoom or Wise
