Brief:
1. Rate: $10 per minute of edited video.
2. Length: 8–20 minutes per video (based on what you can consistently deliver without missing deadlines).
3. Frequency: 1 video per week (More if you prove your reliability and quality).
4. Software: After Effects (not just Premiere Pro)
5. Type: Faceless documentary-style videos - not cash-cow content. eg, Magnates Media, SunnyV2, etc.

Responsibilities:
- Punctuality: Deadlines are non-negotiable. You must always deliver on time.
- Quality: You should continuously learn and improve based on feedback.
- Loyalty: Be a reliable team player committed to long-term collaboration.

Bonus:
- Must have a fast internet connection
- Must have a decent editing setup
- Access to paid asset libraries like Envato Elements (Optional)
