About the Role:

We’re looking for a results-driven Technical Marketing & SEO Specialist to join our growing team. This role is key in building out Canada’s largest Health Clinic Directory Website; both in terms of content development and technical site structure. You will also play a central role in supporting technical marketing initiatives across departments, helping to ensure seamless integration and performance across platforms.

QUALIFICATIONS:

> At least 2 years of experience in marketing field
> Excellent written and verbal communication skills
> Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
> Strong experience with WordPress and Elementor (must-have)
> A good eye for design and experience redesigning web pages to improve UX
> Familiarity with Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop for graphics
> Hands-on experience with ActiveCampaign (automation, tagging, etc.)
> Bonus if you’ve worked with HubSpot, Zapier, Unbounce, or Mailchimp
> Solid understanding of on-page SEO and keyword research strategies
> Comfortable using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, GSC, and GA
> Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for front-end customization
> Highly organized, able to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
> Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
> A team player who can communicate clearly across departments

RESPONSIBILITIES:

> Design, build, and manage listings, landing pages, blog posts, and workshop funnels using WordPress + Elementor
> Redesign and improve existing web pages for better user experience and performance
> Collaborate with clients via email and Slack for updates, approvals, and clarifications
> Create web graphics and visual content using Canva or Photoshop
> Set up and manage lists and automations in ActiveCampaign
> Support marketing ops with tools like HubSpot, Zapier, Unbounce, and Mailchimp
> Do keyword research, on-page SEO, and competitive analysis using tools like SEMrush and Ahrefs
> Use Google Search Console and Google Analytics to track and improve performance
> Apply basic HTML/CSS changes when needed for styling and layout fixes
> Troubleshoot issues related to website formatting, responsiveness, and plugins
> Work closely with marketing and design teams to execute digital campaigns
