Working Hours
Monday to Friday- Between 9AM and 5PM PHP time (some flexibility allowed depending on project deadlines)- Occasional weekend or evening edits may be requested with advance notice and agreement.

We want our content to bridge the gap between property marketing and compelling storytelling, helping clients - from corporate entities to family-run firms - showcase spaces in ways that drive engagement and build trust. We're a lean but growing team that values creativity, efficiency, and clear communication.

Role Overview
We are seeking a full-time Video Editor based in the Philippines to join our fast-paced and creative content team. The ideal candidate will have a flexible editing style that adapts across diverse clients and project types. You'll be crafting content for social media, websites, and client portfolios - editing everything from clean, classical property walkthroughs to trend-driven verticals with transitions and FX. A cinematic look is critical!


Job Title: Full-Time Video Editor



Key Responsibilities
- Edit and produce engaging, high-quality video content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond.
- Switch fluidly between DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Premiere Pro depending on project needs.
- Execute precise color grading, primarily in DaVinci Resolve.
- Adapt your editing approach to each client - ranging from polished, corporate styles to modern, high-energy edits.
- Work closely with the creative team to meet project goals, understand client briefs, and maintain brand consistency.
- Organise and archive footage systematically for easy retrieval.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a video editor with a strong and varied portfolio.
- Expert-level color grading skills in DaVinci Resolve, with solid working knowledge of Premiere Pro.
- Fluent in English - both written and spoken.
- Detail-oriented with a strong creative vision and an ability to bring spaces to life visually.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Fast and stable internet connection, with backup options in case of outages.
- Able to work with fast turnarounds (e.g., 1-3 day edits).
