We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our daily operations and help grow our brand.

Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media
* Process orders and handle returns or exchanges
* Update product listings and inventory across platforms (e.g., Shopify, Etsy, Amazon)
* Manage and schedule social media posts
* Coordinate with suppliers and shipping partners
* Basic bookkeeping or order tracking
* Assist in content creation (product descriptions, newsletters, etc.)
* Monitor reviews and customer feedback
* Provide weekly updates on tasks and progress

Qualifications

* Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Customer Support, or similar role
* Excellent written and verbal communication in English
* Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Etsy, WooCommerce, etc.)
* Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Canva, Trello, and basic Excel
* Highly organized, self-motivated, and dependable
* Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with online marketing or SEO
* Knowledge of basic graphic design tools
* Previous work in a small business or startup environment
