About Us

We are a fast-growing DTC e-commerce brand with global operations. Our products are shipped via third-party logistics partners (3PLs) and Amazon FBA to thousands of customers every month. We’re scaling fast — and to support our growth, we’re looking for a data-driven Supply Chain & Inventory Specialist who thrives in a dynamic, digital-first environment.

What You’ll Do

Forecasting & Demand Planning
• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts based on sales data, seasonality, promotions, and growth targets
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align forecasts with upcoming campaigns and launches

Inventory Management
• Ensure optimal stock levels across multiple warehouses (EU) and Amazon FBA
• Monitor sell-through rates and proactively identify stock risks (overstock, stockouts)
• Maintain accurate SKU-level inventory tracking and reorder thresholds

Procurement & Production Coordination
• Create purchase orders and liaise with manufacturers (mainly in Asia/China)
• Monitor lead times, production deadlines, and quality checks
• Coordinate inbound shipments (sea/air freight) with freight forwarders

Logistics & Fulfilment
• Oversee inbound stock delivery to 3PL warehouses and Amazon FBA (including FBA prep, labeling, carton requirements)
• Collaborate with 3PLs to ensure timely and accurate receival and storage
• Optimize cost-efficiency in storage, prep, and fulfilment operations

Analytics & Reporting
• Build and maintain dashboards for inventory KPIs, forecasting accuracy, and warehouse efficiency
• Suggest improvements to forecasting and procurement processes based on data insights

? What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years experience in supply chain, demand planning or inventory management (e-commerce or consumer products preferred)
• Experience working with 3PL logistics and Amazon FBA (including FBA shipments & inbound procedures)
• Strong analytical skills – Excel/Google Sheets power user (or Airtable/Notion a plus)
• Experience working with forecasting tools, order management software, or ERP systems
• Knowledge of international freight (incoterms, HS codes, shipping timelines)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
