Automation & Workflow Builder (Jotform + GoHighLevel Expert) – Ongoing Projects

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy automation expert to help us build out plug-and-play systems using Jotform and GoHighLevel (GHL).

Our clients are small business owners, side hustlers, and service professionals who need systems that work for them—even when they’re sleeping.

You’ll be responsible for creating automation templates and duplicating them for new clients as we scale. This will be an ongoing relationship with consistent work.

Responsibilities:
Build and optimize Jotform forms (with conditional logic, auto-responders, and approval workflows)

Build GoHighLevel automations (forms, triggers, SMS/email workflows, pipelines, funnels)

Maintain and duplicate automation templates across multiple businesses

Create basic Loom walkthroughs or written SOPs for how the systems function

Collaborate on strategy and workflow improvements when needed

Turn ideas into efficient, scalable automations that save time and boost conversions

What You’ll Be Creating (Examples):
Lead capture + auto-reply flows

Service request forms with logic and calendar booking

Review request automations (auto follow-up text/email after service)

Referral form with auto-responders and internal notification

Upsell campaigns with tags and triggers

Abandoned lead nurture flows

Free download delivery with email sequence follow-up

Ideal Qualifications:
Expert in Jotform (advanced forms, integrations, conditional logic)

Skilled in GoHighLevel (funnels, forms, workflows, campaigns, triggers, pipelines)

BONUS: Experience with Zapier or ----------

Understands marketing automation and user journeys

Fluent in English (written communication + clear instructions)

Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and dependable

Delivers work on time and communicates well

Loom (screen recording)

Pay Structure:
Per project: $30–$75 depending on complexity

Hourly: $4–$8/hour depending on experience

Bonuses for fast, high-quality work

Ongoing work available – we are scaling and will need frequent support
