Virtual Assistant – Creative & Boutique Brand Support (Full-Time, Remote)

About the Role

Are you a creative, highly organised Virtual Assistant who loves bringing ideas to life?We’re looking for someone to support a growing portfolio of boutique wellness and lifestyle brands across beauty, travel, transformation, and e-commerce.

You’ll play a key role in turning content, products, and marketing campaigns into polished, on-brand output — all while working closely with a visionary founder.

If you’re someone who enjoys creating beautiful content, managing digital tasks, and running behind-the-scenes operations with independence and flair — this is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Designing and scheduling social media content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)

Editing and repurposing video content using CapCut or similar

Creating simple digital products and marketing assets using Adobe Express

Managing and updating the Shopify and Etsy webshop

Supporting occasional Squarespace website edits

Organising digital files, content libraries, and brand assets

Responding to DMs, comments, and basic inbox management

Assisting with small launches, PDF downloads, and product uploads

Tracking engagement, growth, and keeping systems up to date

We’d Love to Work With Someone Who Is…

Creatively minded and loves working with visual brands

Comfortable with tools like CapCut, Adobe Express, Instagram Reels, and Shopify

Familiar with Squarespace or open to learning it quickly

Proactive, dependable, and confident working independently

Organised, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure

A strong communicator with good written English

Open to feedback and collaboration, with a desire to grow in the role

Extras (Nice but Not Essential)

Experience in wellness, beauty, coaching or e-commerce

Light copywriting or caption-writing ability

Interest in personal development, travel, or soulful lifestyle brands
