Job Title: Amazon Listing / PPC Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Amazon Listing / PPC Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing and optimizing our Amazon storefront, covering everything from SEO-optimized product listings and catalog management to advanced PPC campaign strategies. Your expertise in Amazon operations—including account health monitoring, appeals submission, creatives uploading, performance reporting, and customer service—will be key in driving profitability and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Amazon Operations & Listing Management:
Create, update, and optimize product listings to boost visibility and conversion rates.
Ensure that all product data (titles, descriptions, images, backend keywords, etc.) adheres to Amazon’s guidelines and SEO best practices.
Troubleshoot listing issues to maintain high performance and accuracy.

Amazon PPC Campaign Management & Optimization:
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
Manage and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (both manual and bulk file) to drive profitability and growth.
Structure and execute data-driven ad strategies for maximum ROI.
Conduct keyword research and analyze PPC data to implement advanced campaign optimizations, bid adjustments, and scaling techniques.

Troubleshooting:
Troubleshoot PPC campaign issues, ensuring rapid resolution of any performance or targeting problems.
Collaboration & Analysis:
Collaborate directly with leadership to refine advertising strategies and scale brands.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) on a weekly basis and analyze performance trends to drive continuous improvement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Amazon PPC trends, techniques, and tools.

Catalog Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date product information across the catalog.
Perform backend updates for product data, pricing, inventory, and promotions.

Account Health & Compliance:
Monitor account health metrics to ensure compliance with Amazon policies.
Proactively address and resolve issues or policy violations, including preparing and submitting appeals when necessary.

Creatives & Content Management:
Upload and manage creative assets such as images, videos, and enhanced brand content.
Work closely with design and marketing teams to ensure visual content aligns with listing optimization strategies.

Customer Service:
Respond to buyer messages in a timely and professional manner.
Review customer returns reasons and seller feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve any listing discrepancies or account issues that may affect customer satisfaction.

Provide feedback based on customer insights to help improve product listings and the overall brand experience.
Reporting & Analysis:
Generate regular performance reports covering listing metrics, PPC campaign effectiveness, and overall account health.
Use data analytics to inform strategic decisions and identify actionable insights.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience & Expertise:
2-3 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon listings and Amazon Ads with a proven track record.
Deep understanding of Amazon PPC mechanics, including bid strategies, audience targeting, and ranking optimization.
Strong expertise in bulk file operations—essential for scaling campaigns efficiently.

Technical & Analytical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets & Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, etc.).
Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive actionable insights.

Tools & Platforms:
Experience using third-party Amazon management tools, with a preference for candidates familiar with Helium 10 and Datadive.

Soft Skills:
Excellent organizational and communication skills with a results-oriented approach.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
