Full-Time Web Developer (WordPress, Lovable / AI Builders, & More)

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Web Developer to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be proficient in WordPress development, with experience using Lovable or AI website builders. Experience with Wix is minimal and considered secondary.

The candidate should also have experience in custom building websites beyond standard platforms. Our hosting platform is Hostinger, but you do not need to manage hosting itself—just the website development.

This role requires flexibility to work according to Ireland time (GMT+1/2), and the ability to manage various web development projects from simple to complex.

Responsibilities:

-Develop and maintain websites primarily on WordPress and Lovable/AI website builders.
-Handle complex coding tasks (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, or other relevant languages) as needed.
-Collaborate closely with the team to meet project deadlines and specifications.
-Provide creative solutions to improve website functionality and design.
-Manage updates, security, and performance optimization for client websites.

Requirements:
-Proven experience in WordPress development and custom website building.
-Experience with Lovable or AI builders preferred; Wix experience is minimal and secondary.
-Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, or other web technologies.
-Ability to submit a portfolio showcasing previous web projects and websites you’ve developed.
-Good communication skills and ability to work in a remote team environment.
-Flexible to work full-time hours aligned with Ireland timezone.

Compensation:
-Starting offer approximately €90 per week, negotiable based on skills, experience, and performance.
-This is a long-term position with opportunity for growth and increased compensation.
