### The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and efficient n8n Automation Specialist to rapidly build and implement a series of crucial n8n workflows for our business. You will be instrumental in automating our content creation, distribution, and research processes, directly contributing to our scaling efforts.

This is a part-time contract focused purely on building and delivering specific n8n workflows based on detailed guides provided by us. We have a clear vision and node-by-node documentation for the automations needed, so we're looking for an excellent executor who can work quickly and independently.

### Key Responsibilities & Scope:

Working closely with the Founder, your core responsibilities will include building, testing, and implementing various n8n workflows and other automation software. This will involve:

* Designing and developing n8n workflows for various business functions, following provided node-by-node guides.

* Integrating n8n with a wide array of third-party APIs, including but not limited to YouTube, social media platforms (Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok), email marketing services (MailerLite), WordPress, and AI content generation APIs.

* Automating YouTube content processes, such as trend analysis, video idea generation, metadata application (titles, descriptions, tags, hashtags), and video uploading.

* Creating solutions for video content repurposing, transforming long-form YouTube videos into short-form formats suitable for platforms like TikTok and YouTube Shorts.

* Implementing strategies for content promotion, specifically automating the sharing of YouTube videos and blog posts across social media channels and email newsletters.

* Developing workflows wiht sticky notes and clear labels for all n8n workflows, for example, for content augmentation, including automatically generating timestamps and summaries for video content.

* Building comprehensive research and content generation automations, enabling deep topic research and the creation of SEO-optimized blog content ready for WordPress publishing, with a focus on clean HTML output.

* Rigorously testing and troubleshooting all developed workflows to ensure reliability, data integrity, and optimal performance.

* Documenting the built workflows and their dependencies as needed.

* Occasionally recording your screen while building n8n workflows for our YouTube tutorials.

### Development Environment & API Access:

To facilitate your work, we will provide you with:

* **Dedicated n8n Testing Instance:** You will be given secure access to a separate, clean n8n instance hosted on our cloud environment, available 24/7 for your development and testing. This setup minimizes transfer issues to our main production environment.

* **Baserow User Account:** We will create a dedicated user account for you within our Baserow instance, with restricted access to relevant tables for development and testing.

* **Internal API Keys:** We will provide you with all necessary API keys for our internal systems, including our WordPress website, social media channels, and other relevant integrations (e.g., YouTube Data API, Cloudflare R2/S3-compatible storage, etc.).

**Important Note on External API Costs:**
For testing workflows that utilize Large Language Models (LLMs) and other third-party data scraper APIs (e.g., SerpApi, Apify), **you will be responsible for using your own API keys and covering any associated costs during development and testing**. Most of these services offer free tiers or initial credits which are typically sufficient for testing purposes.

### Communication & Reporting:

* **Primary Communication Platform:** All project communication, task assignments, and progress reporting will be managed via **Connecteam and ClickUp**. We will send you an invitation to join our team on this platform.

* **Time Tracking:** You will be required to **clock in and clock out daily** using Connecteam's time tracking feature to accurately record your shift start and end times.

* **Daily Progress Reporting:** You will provide **daily updates** on your progress within Connecteam, detailing tasks completed, challenges encountered, and next steps.

### Required Skills & Qualifications:

* **Proven n8n Expertise:** Demonstrated experience in building complex n8n workflows, including deep understanding of nodes, expressions, conditionals, loops, and robust error handling.

* **Strong API Integration Skills:** Extensive experience integrating n8n with various third-party APIs (e.g., YouTube Data API, social media APIs like Pinterest/LinkedIn, MailerLite API, WordPress API, Google Sheets/Drive API, AI APIs for text/video processing).

* **Confident in using Large Language Models (LLMs):** Ability to effectively integrate and prompt LLMs to adjust AI agents for tasks like content generation, summarization, and trend analysis.

* **Database Experience:** Proven experience working with database tools like Baserow, Airtable, or similar.

* **Problem-Solving & Attention to Detail:** Ability to troubleshoot issues, ensure data integrity, and meticulously follow detailed, node-by-node workflow guides.

* **Excellent Communication:** Strong written English skills for clear communication on progress, challenges, and testing results.

* **Time Management:** Ability to manage your workload and deliver on agreed-upon timelines within a part-time schedule.

* **Proactive & Resourceful:** Capable of independent research and learning when encountering new APIs or challenges.

### Compensation & Hours:

* **Compensation:** 25,000 - 30,000 Philippine Pesos per month. + 13th month salary
* **Hours:** Approximately 22-25 hours per week (flexible within agreed-upon core hours).

### Security & Intellectual Property:

* All n8n workflows and related intellectual property developed during this contract will be the sole and exclusive property of AI InspiredShifter.

* A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Intellectual Property (IP) Assignment clause will be part of our formal agreement, signed before work commences.

* Given our need for rapid build-out based on provided guides, how quickly do you typically familiarize yourself with new instructions and begin implementation?

4. Portfolio/Examples: Provide links or descriptions of n8n workflows you have previously built, even if they are personal projects or anonymized. Explain your role in their development.

5. Confirm understanding: State that you understand and agree to the compensation, hours, and the secure access/IP terms outlined above.
