Talented Figma Website Designer Wanted – Luxury Hotel/Rental Business Design Style

Who we're looking for:
• We’re looking for the best of the best, a designer with a strong sense of layout, balance, and luxury aesthetics
• Very experienced with Figma and understands how their designs will be implemented in WordPress/Elementor
• Able to work with a "builder mindset" – designing sections in a way that can be easily implemented by a developer (not overly abstract or code-heavy)
• Understands the difference between a clean, polished site vs. a cluttered or over-designed one
• BONUS! If you’ve built designs before for luxury Hotels, villas, or vacation rental websites
• Fast and responsive communicator who’s open to feedback
• Is fun, kind, and easy to work with!

What you’ll be doing:
Primary Task:
• Designing website layouts in Figma for short-term rental businesses (Villas, Airbnbs, hotels, property managers, etc.)

What Makes This Role Different:
• This is not a traditional “build from scratch” website
• Most of our projects are NOT fully custom or reinvented from scratch
• Instead, our designs (at the ---------- nt) use template-based building blocks (e.g. Envato Elements, Custom themes, or other designs we have built before) that you’ll remix, clean up, and elevate into a polished final design
• The work is faster-paced, less conceptual — great for designers who want to maximize earnings in little time (or for someone who’s already freelancing and looking for a reliable side income)
• Design efficiency and quality are both key; we're looking for someone who can move quickly but cleanly

Payment:
• You’ll be paid per project, with pricing based on the overall project size (e.g. $180 for a smaller build, $350+ for larger builds)
• Each build is expected to take between 8 – 15+ hours (this can vary per project & experience)
• Meaning an hourly pay of $15 – 22+/hour
• This model rewards skilled, efficient designers who can deliver fast without sacrificing detail
