We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEO Specialist with strong capabilities in WordPress website design and development (preferably using Divi). This is a full-time remote position ideal for a detail-oriented, performance-driven professional who can drive organic traffic growth and deliver high-quality, fast-performing websites.

Key Responsibilities
SEO (On-Page & Off-Page)

Conduct comprehensive on-page SEO, including keyword research, content optimization, internal linking, metadata, and schema markup.

Develop and execute effective off-page SEO strategies such as link building, outreach, digital PR, and content syndication.

Perform ongoing SEO audits and recommend technical fixes to improve site health and visibility.

Analyze performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush).

Track keyword rankings, traffic, and conversions to measure the success of SEO efforts.

Web Design & Development (WordPress + Divi)

Design and develop responsive, visually appealing, and performance-optimized websites using WordPress and Divi Builder.

Ensure websites achieve 99+ scores on Google Lighthouse across performance, accessibility, best practices, and SEO.

Optimize all websites to load in under 2 seconds on both desktop and mobile devices.

Apply modern UI/UX principles to ensure a seamless user experience across all devices.

Perform regular site maintenance, security updates, and performance tuning to uphold speed and quality standards.

Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers to integrate SEO, design, and development seamlessly across platforms.

Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in SEO (on-page and off-page).

Professional experience in WordPress development, especially using the Divi Builder.

Demonstrated ability to build websites that load in under 2 seconds and achieve 99+ Lighthouse performance scores.

Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO platforms like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog.

Proficiency in responsive, mobile-first web design and optimization.

Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.

Fluent in English (written and verbal); IELTS 6.0+ or equivalent.

Must have a high-performance computer, stable internet, and be available for screen sharing during work hours.

Preferred (Not Mandatory)
Experience with technical SEO (site speed, structured data, crawlability).

Familiarity with CRO and A/B testing methodologies.

Design proficiency using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma.

Experience with content marketing and blogging strategies.
