Position: Virtual Dispositions Manager
Type: Full-Time, Long-Term
Location: Remote (Philippines preferred)
Base Salary: $500/month + 2% Commission
Estimated Earnings: $1,000+/month once ramped up
Start Date: ASAP

Are you an experienced real estate VA with strong comping skills and fluent English? Want to join a growing U.S. wholesale company that values your work and rewards your results?

We’re not looking for beginners. This is a senior-level VA role for someone who knows how to comp, close, and crush deals.

???? Responsibilities:
• Text and call cash buyers
• Comp properties and underwrite wholesale deals
• Manage leads and track all communications in CRM (GoHighLevel)
• Get deals SOLD using tools like InvestorLift (Cartel Mode), BatchLeads, and Propelio

? Requirements:
• Fluent English (minimal to no accent)
• Real experience in real estate comping/underwriting
• Comfortable on the phone with U.S. buyers/investors
• Tech-savvy and highly organized
• Deep understanding of wholesale real estate process
