Content Creator (with Construction Industry Experience Preferred)

We’re looking for a creative and proactive Content Creator to join our team — ideally someone who can also assist with tasks related to a growing construction business.

???? What You’ll Do:
Plan, create, and edit engaging content for social media (video, image, and written formats)

Manage and schedule content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

Monitor performance using analytics tools and generate reports

Suggest and implement strategies to boost engagement and reach

Collaborate with the business owner on construction-related updates and campaigns

Assist with general content relevant to the construction industry

? Preferred Skills & Experience:
At least 1 year of experience in content creation or social media management

Strong editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, etc.)

Familiarity with content metrics and insights (Meta, Google Analytics, etc.)

Bonus: Experience or background in the construction industry

Must be reliable, creative, and able to work independently
