Key Responsibilities:

* Leverage AI tools for content, automation, and training
* Develop and maintain SOPs in Notion
* Manage Notion dashboards, timelines, and reporting
* Execute marketing calendars and repurpose content
* Launch and optimize paid ads, analyze KPIs
* Provide executive admin support (calendar, inbox, CRM)

Requirements:

* Strong communication, organization, and decision-making
* Proven marketing, project management, and AI tool experience
* Familiarity with Notion, ClickUp, HubSpot, Stripe, SaaS, e-commerce
* Clear English; reliable internet; Hubstaff for tracking

Nice to Have:

* Music, media, or SaaS background
* Sync licensing familiarity

Engagement:

* 25-35 hrs/week, partial US ET overlap
