We are looking for an Operations Manager with a specialization in Social Media Marketing.
Must have extensive experience working with Content/Lead Gen Marketing Agencies
We are a Social Marketing Agency with over 15 tea
Your Role is to become the CEO’s assistant and lead the team through a 100% remote position.
Operational Responsibilities:
-Quality Control: Ensure the tracking and quality control of all our client’s video edits and posts for social media
This requires an advanced level of speaking and writing the English American language in order to approve content before passing it on to the client.
-Delegation: Oversee video editors and lead content/social media accounts through effective communication and leadership with the team and resources provided.
-Project timelines: Ensure all Deadlines are met by all teams through effective communication and leadership
-Client Communication: Be the bridge between the team and clients to ensure satisfaction with the Marketing Assets being created by the content team and provide updates on social media account progress.
-System Management: Manage and scale current systems, including team standard operating procedures to ensure we grow as efficiently and as smoothly as possible.
This requires you to constantly be learning new softwares, new workflows and brainstorming alongside the tech team to streamline and automate all possible tasks.
