Sales Manager – Home Services (Full-Time, Remote, EST Hours)

We are a fast-growing residential cleaning company based in the United States. We're looking for a Sales Manager who can lead our revenue growth, manage a small sales team, and close deals with confidence.

This is a sales-first role – NOT a marketing-only position. You must have experience handling a sales pipeline, converting leads into recurring clients, and managing revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership (Primary):

Manage the full sales funnel from lead to recurring customer

Coach and oversee a 2-person sales team

Set and track KPIs (conversion rates, revenue, MRR)

Personally quote and close leads when needed

Create and run sales promotions to drive bookings

Monitor sales performance through dashboards and CRM reports

Marketing Support (Secondary):

Coordinate with our marketing agency (Google Ads/Facebook Ads)

Review lead flow and ad campaign performance

Assist with CRM-based follow-up (email/text automation)

Retention & Upselling:

Identify upsell and rebooking opportunities

Re-engage past clients using CRM insights

Improve client lifetime value and reduce churn

Requirements
3+ years of sales or revenue-generating experience

Experience in home services (cleaning, HVAC, pest control, etc.) is preferred

Comfortable managing a team and hitting targets

Excellent spoken and written English

Proven ability to quote, follow up, and close leads

CRM experience (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar)

Understanding of how Google Ads and Facebook Ads generate sales

Reliable internet and quiet work-from-home setup

Must work U.S. EST hours (9AM–5PM, Monday–Friday)

Salary & Bonuses
Base Salary: $1,500–$2,000/month (?90,000–?120,000)

Monthly Performance Bonus: ?10,000–?30,000 ($160–$480 USD)
Based on:

New recurring client signups

Monthly recurring revenue (MRR) growth

Funnel conversion rate improvements

Total Earning Potential: ?100,000–?150,000/month ($1,600–$2,500 USD)
