Bonus Structure:
1–3 appointments booked per week: $5 per appointment.
4–6 appointments booked per week: $8 per appointment.
7+ appointments booked per week: $12 per appointment.
Quality Bonus: $30 per job completed.

We’re a growing marketing company for the U.S. construction market seeking a skilled Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to book consultations for our home and commercial projects. You’ll cal cold leads, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities:

Make 150–200 cold calls/day to U.S. leads using our dialer.
Follow a proven script to qualify leads and book appointments.
Update lead details in our CRM (e.g., GoHighLevel).
Follow up to ensure high appointment show-up rates.
Target 8–10 booked appointments/week (min. 5 consultations).
Requirements:

Fluent English (neutral/American accent preferred).
1+ year of cold-calling/sales experience (construction or home services a plus).
Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and familiarity with CRM/dialer tools.
Available for U.S. hours (9 AM–5 PM PT, Mon–Fri, 20–30 hrs/week).
Confident, organized, and goal-driven.
Pay: $4/hour base + bonus what booked appointment (paid bi-weekly).
