Youtube shorts content sourcing and editor

Hi, looking for a skilled editor with a keen eye for content that gets clicks and views. I am starting some youtube shorts channels in specific niches and will require sourcing of videos from tik tok, ig, youtube and will then need to be edited to create an engaging scroll stopping shorts.

I can hire for a month to see how far we can go and can go from there.
