Digital Marketing and Ecommerce VA

About the Role:
We’re a growing digital marketing agency seeking a reliable, driven, and business-minded Virtual Assistant to support our daily operations and sales processes. This is not your typical VA role — we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with the business and be treated more like a business partner than an employee. Alongside the digital marketing agency, we have our own successful ecommerce brands and 1:1 coaching for clients.

You’ll be fully trained and provided with everything you need to succeed. There’s a huge opportunity for personal development, increased pay, and career progression in this role.

Responsibilities:
Manage sales processes and handle sample requests.
Optimise product listings and assist with registering for marketing campaigns.
Lead generation and data entry by finding potential leads and entering client details into our CRM system.
Carry out various ad hoc tasks to support digital marketing activities and business operations.
Communicate effectively with the team and external clients when required.

Tools & Access Provided:
All necessary software subscriptions, logins, and resources will be supplied and paid for.

Strong written and verbal English is essential.
Stable internet connection with a working webcam and microphone.
