About Us
Luxury Lodging is a fast-scaling short-term rental property management company. With 130+ properties and rapid client growth, we’re great at selling—but now we need to make sure we’re delivering. We’re looking for a sharp, no-nonsense operator to help us stop the bleeding and stabilize operations.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be the person who sees everything falling through the cracks—and gets it fixed.
Monitor and audit internal operations daily (client messages, reports, team workloads)
Flag dropped guest communications, late check-ins, missed cleanings, or angry clients—before they escalate
Track renovation budgets and flag overages or contractor issues
Review KPIs and reports weekly to spot declining performance
Create daily/weekly “Red Flag Reports” for leadership with issues and action items
Help reassign workloads to reduce burnout or idle workers
Ensure escalations from guests or owners are getting resolved
What You Need
Strong operational intuition—you can spot when something looks off even without perfect data
Great communication—you’ll be working with all teams
Analytical mindset—can dig into why a client was lost or why rehab costs spiked
High follow-through—once you identify a problem, you follow up until it’s fixed
Comfort with spreadsheets, task trackers, and communication tools
Nice to Have
Experience in short-term rental, hospitality, or property management
Familiarity with tools like Slack, HostAway, ClickUp, Notion, Zapier, or GSheets
Compensation
$10–$15/hour depending on experience and location
Full-time role with opportunity for long-term promotion
Application Questions (Screening Form) MUST ANSWER!
1. Tell us about a time you caught a problem before it became a disaster. What did you do?
2. Imagine 2 properties had unhappy guests, a third property’s cleaner was late, and a fourth had a broken lockbox. How would you prioritize?
3. We want someone who will find and fix issues without waiting to be told. What’s your personal system for spotting problems in operations?
4. Please give me a process of how you would make sure that the quote we got for a plumbing repair is a fair quote.
