YouTube Video Editor

We are looking for an experienced YouTube Video Editor to join our team.

We need someone who is experienced with:
- Conceptualising, editing and designing engaging video assets for digital and social media platforms such as YouTube.
- Sourcing high quality footage to best match video concept, within fair use guidelines.
- Designing video thumbnails adapted best for YouTube
- Adapting videos to cater to each digital platform’s requirements (aspect ratio, duration, still images, etc.)
- Researching and suggesting innovative tools to improve video production processes
- Working collaboratively with video production freelancers for different parts of projects (e.g. producers, videographers, voiceover artists, graphics designers, video data analysts, etc.)
- Adept at working with AI for image and footage generation (e.g. Midjourney, VideoScribe, Doodly, Canva, CapCut, Eleven Labs, Veo3, etc.)
- Have their own licensed editing software for remote work (e.g. Adobe Premiere / Final Cut Pro)
