Video Editor - Final Cut Pro - Real Estate

Job Title: Video Editor (Real Estate Listing Videos & Reels)
Location: Remote
Position Type: Full-Time or Project-Based (with potential to grow)

We are a fast-growing real estate media company based out of Toronto, Canada. We are looking for a motivated video editor with a modern real estate editing style to join our growing team.

Role & Responsibilities
- Final Cut Pro is REQUIRED
- Edit short and long-form videos for real estate listings and marketing content
- Cut raw footage into HIGE END smooth, modern edits
- Edit multiple videos daily with NEXT DAY TURNAROUND
- Add text, graphics, transitions, and music
- Sync with voiceovers and background tracks
- Color correction and audio balancing
- Export final videos to client specifications
- Upload final assets to Google Drive

What We’re Looking For
- Proficient in Final Cut Pro (mandatory)
- Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm PHP Time
- Must respond to messages within 5 minutes
- Strong sense of timing, pacing, and storytelling
- Experience editing real estate or similar marketing content
- Comfortable working with Google Drive and cloud tools
- Good English comprehension
- Organized, reliable, and able to meet deadlines
- Access to high speed internet
- Willing to learn and grow with the team
