JOB OVERVIEW

About Us
Ares Legal is an AI platform that helps plaintiff-side personal injury law firms slash admin time and win larger settlements by automating medical chronologies and demand packages. As our AI-generated summaries scale, we’re looking for medical records experts to review and refine them—ensuring every visit is complete, accurate, and litigation-ready.

What You’ll Do
- QA AI-Generated Summaries: Review medical chronologies produced by our AI to ensure no visits are missed, duplicated, or incorrectly summarized.
- Edit and Correct as Needed: When summaries are incomplete or inaccurate, you’ll make edits directly—adding, merging, or refining visit entries.
- Ensure Medical Accuracy: Flag inconsistencies in dates, diagnoses, providers, or treatments across hospital reports, consults, surgeries, imaging, and more.
- Help the Platform Learn: Your feedback helps improve the accuracy of our AI and shapes the future of medical summarization.

Must-Haves
- 2+ years of experience summarizing or reviewing medical records (hospital, imaging, consults, surgery reports, etc.)
- Deep familiarity with treatment timelines and common formats across EMRs and scanned records.
- Laser-focused attention to detail—duplicate visits, missed pages, or incorrect dates jump off the page for you.
- Comfort working with PDFs and and cloud tools.

Nice-to-Haves
- Experience working in personal injury law or summarizing records for litigation purposes.
- Paralegal or nursing background.
- Prior experience QA’ing or editing AI-generated summaries.

Why Ares Legal
- Full-Time & Remote: Work from anywhere with consistent hours.
- Meaningful Work: Your reviews help injured clients get the justice they deserve.
- Tech-Forward Team: Work alongside engineers, product designers, and legal ops to shape next-gen tools.
- Path to Growth: High performers can grow into lead QA, trainer, or medical ops roles.

Our Hiring Process
We keep it simple and focused:
1. Sample Assignment – You’ll receive a short set of records (less than 100 pages) to QA and summarize in our format.
2. Phone Interview – We’ll discuss your background, your assignment, and your fit for the team.
3. Offer – If it’s a match, we’ll invite you to join Ares full-time.
