Marketing VA for Digital Product + Therapy Brand (Instagram + Payhip)

Hi! I’m Cheryl McBryde-Pitter, a licensed therapist (TX, NY, FL) specializing in emotional healing, life transitions, and relationship work for women. I’m building a brand rooted in truth, emotional depth, and real support—not fluff.

I am seeking a marketing-savvy VA to help grow my brand’s reach and sales. You’ll work alongside a Creative VA (already in place) who handles design — your role will focus on strategy, visibility, content ideas, and audience growth.

This is not a beginner role — I’m looking for someone with marketing experience who understands how to grow and convert the right audience.

???? Your Key Responsibilities
1. Content Repurposing + Scheduling

Format and schedule content for Instagram and Facebook (Reels, carousels, quote graphics — visuals are already designed)

Track engagement and help identify high-performing posts

Organize content calendar and captions in Google Sheets

2. Basic Analytics + Strategy

Monitor post reach and traction weekly

Suggest small shifts to boost visibility (hashtags, timing, etc.)

Light research on what’s working for similar accounts

3. Pinterest (Bonus but Not Required)

If skilled: repurpose existing IG content into 5–10 pins/week using brand templates

You’re detail-oriented, consistent, and reliable

You enjoy working behind the scenes and building slow but steady growth

You’re experienced with Canva, Meta Business Suite (or similar tools), and Google Sheets

You’ve helped brands grow their reach through smart, repeatable tactics (not just posting pretty content)

???? Not Required, But a Plus:
Experience marketing therapy, coaching, or wellness brands

Familiarity with lead magnets, freebies, or list-building

Light DM/comment response (optional but appreciated)
