About Beatspace Fitness
Beatspace is a women’s-only fitness studio in Colorado, USA that offers high-energy, beat-based group classes like bounce (rebounding), step, yoga, and dance fitness. We believe that movement should be empowering, immersive, and seriously fun! Our studio is bold and colorful and we reflect that in our brand!

What we are looking to hire:

Social Media Management
-Stay on top of Instagram trends (reels, audio, hashtags) and suggest creative post ideas that align with the BEATSPACE brand
-Schedule and publish content using provided videos and photos we send you
-Write engaging captions using our brand voice
-Actively engage with followers by replying to comments, reacting to stories, and commenting on other relevant local or fitness accounts to boost visibility
-Track and report on content performance (reach, saves, shares, etc.) and recommend ways to improve

Running Social Media Campaigns:
-Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns around studio events, promotions, and class launches
-Create campaign timelines, post calendars, and content outlines
-Design simple, on-brand graphics in Canva for posts, stories, and reels
-Write campaign copy that aligns with our tone (fun, bold, empowering)
-Monitor engagement during campaigns and adjust based on performance
-Help brainstorm creative campaign ideas to attract new members and retain current ones

Member Support & Communication
-Send personalized messages to new sign-ups who haven’t attended yet
-Help manage member spreadsheets and milestone tracking
-Draft and send email updates and monthly studio newsletters
-Follow up with class no-shows, cancellations, and leads

Assisting with general marketing:
-Designing Graphics in Canva for posters, cards, and fliers

Bonus if you have:
SEO skills and knowledge
Google Ads knowledge
Website Maintenance Knowledge (square space)
