For existing accounts: Aids in business growth by expanding offerings to existing clients/ customers in order to develop and sustain captive customers
o Designs and implements a coverage work plan to ensure that all accounts are visited regularly with the appropriate frequency.
o Gathers customer requirements/inquiries and bid materials, as the case may be, and prepares proposals for standard product offers.
o For non-standard products, endorses inquiries to Design Development Team (DDT) for evaluation and costing and Planning Team for production lead time
o Coordinates with Finance for credit investigation and other documentation
o Solicits inputs from Legal Counsel for major contracts
o Prepares proposal after consolidation of inputs and documents (drawings, costings, bill of materials, etc.) from concerned departments. May seek assistance from the Customer Service Team for documentation requirements
Negotiates with client and consults with Sales Head prior to submission of proposal
