What You'll Do
Prospect Research: Research 60-80 qualified prospects per week across New England, NY, NJ, and PA
Contact Information: Find verified
Business Intelligence: Identify company size, recent news, growth indicators, and specific marketing/website observations
Personalization Research: Find conversation starters, recent company developments, and specific business challenges
Data Organization: Organize research into structured spreadsheets with actionable personalization notes for
Quality Control: Verify all contact information and ensure data accuracy
Target Prospects
Companies across New England (NH, VT, ME, MA, CT, RI), New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania
Company Size: Small businesses (5+ employees) to enterprise companies (1000+ employees)
Industries: B2B services, healthcare, professional services, e-commerce, manufacturing, technology, financial services, real estate, legal services, consulting, education, non-profits, retail, hospitality, construction, logistics, and SaaS companies
Funding Stages: Bootstrapped companies, seed/Series A startups, established profitable businesses, PE/VC-backed companies, and publicly traded companies
Growth Indicators: New hires, office expansions, funding rounds, product launches, new locations, recent awards, leadership changes, or market expansion
Digital Marketing Potential: Any company that could benefit from improved online presence, lead generation, customer acquisition, or digital marketing optimization
Required Skills & Experience
Must Have:
Minimum 2 years B2B lead generation experience
Excellent written English (we will test this)
LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience or willingness to learn for research purposes

CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) - preferred but not required
Strong research skills using Google, company websites, and professional networks
Preferred:
Experience with US/North American markets
Digital marketing industry knowledge
