Copywriter

Copywriter Wanted (Full-Time, Remote)

Salary: $15/hour base
BONUS: $0.50 per inbound email subscriber
BONUS: $30 per inbound booked sales call

Goal:

Your mission is to multiply inbound lead flow for a fast-growth multi 6-figure YouTube marketing agency by dramatically increasing the quality and quantity of content across YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, email, and more.
You’ll work directly with the founder of an established agency that has generated over $3,000,000 in organic content sales for his clients.

Responsibilities:

Weekly Content Sessions (with Founder):
- 30-min content ideation session (founder shares insights & voicenotes)
- 60-min content review session (tighten hooks, titles, angles)
- 60-min YouTube recording session (you help prep the content, 1–2 vids/week)


Content Creation (via AI + You):

Use Poppy AI boards to create:
- High-converting YouTube ideas, titles & scripts
- Lead magnets to use in content & videos

Repurpose YouTube content into:
- Newsletters
- LinkedIn / Facebook posts
- Twitter threads
- Reel scripts

---------- Twitter threads into:
- Scroll-stopping carousel posts for IG, FB, LinkedIn
- Add graphics to threads, carousels, lead magnet posts & reels

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (native-level fluency; no or minimal accent)
- 50+ WPM typing speed
- 50+ Mbps internet connection
- High-quality laptop or desktop
- Excellent mic & webcam setup (clean professional background)
- 2+ years in copywriting/content roles
- Bonus: Experience writing for YouTube channels, coaches, consultants, or marketing agencies
- Strong portfolio of content that drove measurable results (attach samples)
- Ability to follow direction, iterate fast, and write like a founder
- Proven AI fluency
- Bonus: Prior experience with Poppy AI
