Real Estate VA – Phone Calls, Texting & Lead Tracking

About the Job:

We’re a small real estate team focused on quality over quantity. We only work with a few high-value leads at a time—no mass cold calling, no random lists. Every lead we give you is already handpicked.

We’re looking for someone who is comfortable calling people, texting them, following up, and helping us figure out the right contact (like a relative or neighbor if the main number doesn’t work). You’ll help us figure out if the person is interested, not interested, or if we hit a dead end.

If you’re good at staying organized, using tools like Google Sheets, and following instructions without needing constant supervision, you might be a great fit.

What You’ll Do:

Call and text property owners, relatives, or neighbors using REI Reply

Keep notes on every call and text attempt

Help us find the right contact when a number is bad

Track your work in a shared Google Sheet

Let us know when someone is interested so we can follow up

Schedule & Tools:

Work between 12 PM and 8 PM EST

Choose any days of the week, just let us know ahead of time

Use Clockify to track your hours

Use REI Reply (we’ll show you) and Google Sheets

You won’t close deals—we handle that part

Who We’re Looking For:

Strong English speaking and writing skills

Confident making outbound calls to U.S. contacts

Reliable internet and a quiet place to work

Able to follow up and tag leads properly

Bonus if you’ve used CRMs or done lead research before

Pay:

$4.50–$5.00/hour to start

If you hit targets, you can earn $8–$8.50/hour plus bonuses:

$5 when someone says "not interested"

$20 when someone is a warm lead

$250+ for closed deals you helped find

$5 for well-documented dead ends
