Job Title: Lead Generation Virtual Assistant (Full-Time, EST Hours)

Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (Monday to Friday)

We're a fast-growing e-commerce marketing agency that helps brands scale across TikTok Shop and Amazon.

We’re currently hiring a Virtual Assistant with strong experience in B2B lead generation for our agency to help us identify and connect with qualified brand owners and decision-makers. If you’ve worked with Amazon sellers or TikTok brands before—or have experience using ZoomInfo for high-quality prospecting—this role is for you.

What You'll Do:
Source and qualify B2B leads (brand owners, marketers, e-commerce founders) using ZoomInfo

Build highly targeted lead lists using ZoomInfo

Research companies active or trying to get active on Amazon and/or TikTok Shop

Support outreach campaigns via ZoomInfo email, LinkedIn, and CRM tools.

Maintain clean, organized records and update internal tracking sheets

Collaborate with the marketing and sales team on lead funnel optimization

What We're Looking For:
1+ year of experience in B2B lead generation

Solid ZoomInfo experience - Required

General Understanding of Amazon FBA, TikTok Shop, and digital marketing

Excellent English communication skills – both written and spoken

Comfortable working 9am–5pm EST, Monday to Friday

Fast and stable internet connection

Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and a fast learner
