Video Editor for Short-Form Content (Reels/TikToks)

We’re looking for an experienced video editor with at least 2+ years creating short-form content such as Instagram Reels or TikToks.

What You’ll Do

Clip and trim raw footage

Add animated, on-brand captions

Use copyright-safe music

Apply light animation (text, transitions, effects)

Follow a detailed brand guide consistently

Regulate edits so they strictly follow brand standards (fonts, colors, logo placement)

Requirements

2+ years editing Reels or TikToks

Strong attention to detail and brand consistency

Ability to match the pacing, energy, and storytelling style ----------

Fast turnaround time

Able to take feedback and revise quickly

Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar

Strong internet connection for large file transfers

Technical Notes

Aspect ratio: Reel format (9:16)

Length: 0–30+ seconds

Captions: Bold, grammatically correct, must fit the reel ratio

Final format: MP4

Revisions: One round per video if needed

No stock video that looks AI-generated or unnatural

Compensation

$15 per short reel

$25 for more complex reels

Pay may increase based on speed, quality, and weekly output
