JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a growing corporate housing company looking for a dedicated Cold Caller / Lead Generator to help expand our property portfolio.

You’ll be calling individual landlords, property owners, agents, and management companies to introduce our company and gather property details for potential corporate housing partnerships. This is not a hard sales or closing role, your main focus is consistent outreach, organization, and accurate data entry into our CRM.


Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to landlords and property managers (about 40–50 properties per day)
- Use our script as a guide — speak naturally and build rapport, not like a robot
- Gather and record property details accurately in our CRM
- Keep detailed notes on every call and organize all leads properly
- Send follow-up emails when needed and assist in keeping communication organized


Must-Have Skills:
- Must have cold calling or lead generation experience (real estate or property management preferred)
- Excellent English communication — confident, conversational, and professional tone
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable using CRMs and managing daily outreach goals
- Self-motivated, reliable, and consistent with follow-ups
