Job Overview:
We are a U.S.-based company building high-traffic websites in tax relief, SSDI, and legal forms. We're hiring a full-time, long-term SEO content virtual assistant to help format, polish, and publish a high volume of long-form articles using AI-assisted workflows.

This remote, full-time role has a consistent workload, a bonus program, and room for growth.

Daily Responsibilities:
? Format and publish articles in WordPress or Webflow
? Edit using Grammarly + Quillbot
? Optimize content with Surfer SEO or RankMath
? Add internal links, downloadable forms, and CTAs
? Organize content in Google Sheets / Notion
? Follow clear SOPs and editorial checklists
? Deliver 3–5 long-form articles per day

Required Skills:
?? Excellent written English
?? Strong attention to detail
?? Familiar with WordPress (basic/intermediate)
?? Experience with ChatGPT, Grammarly, Quillbot, or SurferSEO
?? Can follow detailed SOPs and work independently
?? Full-time availability (40 hours/week)

Bonus (Preferred but Not Required):
? Knowledge of U.S. taxes, SSDI, or legal topics
? Spanish fluency (for bilingual uploads)
? Canva, Notion, or Airtable experience

Work Schedule:

Salary & Benefits:
???? Starting pay: $600–$800/month (based on experience)

90–99 approved articles ? $50 bonus

100–109 approved ? $100 bonus

110–119 (under 5 rewrites) ? $150 bonus

120+ (under 2 rewrites) ? $200 bonus

3 straight months of 100+ articles ? $250 quarterly bonus
