Online Outreach VA – Event Makeup Services

We’re a UK-based beauty service business that provides professional makeup artists, face painters, and glitter bar staff for private and corporate events.
We’re now looking for a highly-organised and reliable Virtual Assistant to help us grow our outreach to event planners, agencies, and venues across the UK.

This role is focused on finding leads, sending strategic outreach emails, and following up consistently. You do not need to make calls—but you do need excellent written English, attention to detail, and the ability to track responses and stay on top of admin.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Research event planners, wedding venues, agencies, and relevant businesses
• Use our outreach templates to send messages by email or contact forms
• Keep track of outreach activity and replies in Notion or Airtable
• Update contact information and make notes on replies
• Follow up with interested contacts
• Support admin tasks related to bookings (documents, info packs, etc.)

YOU MUST BE:
• Reliable and organised (seriously—we’re looking for someone who lives in Google Sheets or Notion)
• Able to write in clear, friendly, confident English
• Comfortable researching online
• Able to follow systems but also take initiative
• Good with deadlines and communicating regularly
• Experience in email outreach, virtual assistance, or customer service
A plus would be -
• Familiarity with UK events or weddings industry
• Interest in beauty, creative arts, or events background

• Instagram or basic website research
Hours and workflow-
• 5–10 hours per week
• Flexible working hours (as long as there’s daily check-in Mon and all emails are scheduled as instructed)
• $3–$5/hour USD depending on experience
