Core Responsibilities:

Source and research leads (using your ICP and provided frameworks)
Cold email, DM, and potentially call leads
Book qualified discovery calls into your calendar
Maintain accurate outreach tracking in CRM
Report weekly with lead/contact stats

Must-Have Skills:

Fluent written/spoken English
Detail-oriented with CRM use
Self-managing and outcome-focused
Understands or can learn basic sales psychology
