Social Media Engagement Specialist

We’re looking for a sharp, personable, and detail-oriented Social Media Engagement Specialist to join our team. Your role is to reply to comments on our social media content and send initial DMs to individuals who engage with us—helping guide them toward the next step with our team.

Who You Are:
Fluent in written English with a casual, friendly, and clear tone
Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently in a remote setup
Social media savvy (especially with comment replies and DMs)
Comfortable following scripts while still sounding human and natural
Experience in social engagement, customer service, or lead generation is a plus
Background or familiarity with medical, wellness, or GLP-1 topics is a big bonus


Pay:
Negotiable based on experience, communication skills, and speed of learning.
