As a Remote Support Operator, your primary responsibility is to engage professionally and respectfully with paying customers and followers on behalf of our clients. You will foster meaningful conversations to build trust and rapport, identify key audience members, including high-value customers and support engagement and conversion efforts through approved communication frameworks and scripts.
