Content & Webshop Management
Independent support and maintenance of the IronMaxx® webshop (DE/EN)
SEO-optimized and multilingual creation and further development of content for our webshop and marketplaces considering health claims
Planning and development of marketing activities with online promotions and discounts
Coordination and development of appealing newsletters for our customer groups
Definition, project management, and implementation of content marketing measures
Social Media & Creator Management
Holistic management of community on all our social media channels
Content creation for our social media channels
Responsibility for the target-group-specific development and implementation of campaigns for social media
Measurement and reporting of relevant KPIs
Support and acquisition of athletes and content creators within the IronMaxx® partnership
Visiting and organizing trade fairs, events, and other relevant occasions
Performance Management
Conception, planning, and management of our SEA activities focusing on Google and Microsoft
Proactive optimization of all relevant campaigns (search, shopping, display, remarketing)
Monitoring and further development of our keyword sets
Market research and independent detection of new trends, platforms, and advertising formats
Coordination of SEA measures with the team and sustainable control and implementation
Analysis of existing activities based on KPIs and deriving recommendations for action
What you bring
Education
Completed commercial training or degree, ideally with a focus on eCommerce or online marketing
Experience
Initial professional experience in a similar position or field
Experience in analyzing and managing performance data
Professional skills
Good user knowledge of MS Office
Fluent German and English, both spoken and written
Knowledge in SEO/SEA and analysis tools, e.g., Google Analytics
Soft skills
Strong communication skills, charming and confident appearance
Negotiation skills as well as independent and structured working style
Affinity for numbers and data as well as strong analytical skills to derive appropriate recommendations
