UX/UI Designer – Enterprise SaaS HCM-B2B (Remote)

LAUNCH IT™ is a small but mighty design initiative, serving diverse clients across multiple industries and we’re expanding our high-performance remote team of Filipino strategist, marketers, creators, and designers. We’re now hiring an experienced Enterprise SaaS B2B UX/UI Designer who can design user-friendly HCM (human capital management) HR interfaces with product scalability in mind.

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a UX/UI Designer – Enterprise SaaS HCM-B2B with real experience designing for SaaS web platforms, data-heavy dashboards, workflow-based products, and multi-role interfaces. You’ll be responsible for translating product requirements into wireframes, clean UI designs, and componentized Figma files that make complex data feel simple and actionable for users.

You must fully understand the SaaS product lifecycle, admin portal UX, permission-based views, enterprise navigation structures, and how business logic drives interface design.

This is a part-time to full-time remote role (20–40 hours/week).

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Translate SaaS product requirements into wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity responsive UI designs
- Design data dashboards, admin panels, reports, role-based access views, and form-heavy workflows
- Create scalable Figma component libraries, style libraries, and page templates
- Collaborate directly with PMs, developers, and cross-functional teams asynchronously
- Implement best practices for UI clarity, task flows, simplicity, and B2B usability
- Iterate quickly based on internal team reviews, stakeholder feedback, and product goals
- Use ClickUp or Notion to track project tasks, revisions, and asset delivery

QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years of professional UX/UI design experience with a clear portfolio of SaaS web apps
- Solid experience designing:
- Admin dashboards
- Multi-step forms
- Data tables
- Reports/analytics screens
- B2B multi-role platforms
- Proficient in Figma: components, auto-layout, variants, properties, and style libraries
- Deep understanding of user flows, information hierarchy, and product logic in SaaS design
- Ability to manage multiple responsive breakpoints (desktop, tablet, mobile) with consistent component behavior
- Excellent spoken and written English communication (critical for remote async work)
- Bonus: familiarity with design systems thinking (tokens, variables, primitives)
- Bonus: familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, FigGPT, or Magician AI for productivity

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must have a UX/UI Design Portfolio with relevant case studies/work samples
- Stable internet (25 Mbps minimum) with backup internet plan (internet café nearby if needed)
- Camera-ready for video interviews, and check-ins
- Self-managed and deadline-focused — strong ability to work without micromanagement
- Familiarity with ClickUp, Notion or similar task/project management tools

MINI TASK TEST (REQUIRED)
If selected to move forward to the next round of the interview process, you'll be given a paid short assignment to design a solution for a HCM SaaS flow. Task details will be provided.

SALARY + HOURS
Hourly Rate Range: $4.00 – $7.00 USD/hr
Monthly Estimate (based on hours/week):
20 hrs/week = $320 – $560 USD/month
40 hrs/week = $640 – $1,120 USD/month
