Help us turn messy processes into smooth, self-running HubSpot workflows. You’ll design, build, and constantly refine automations across Marketing, Sales, Service, and Ops so every lead, deal, and support ticket moves without drama.
What You’ll Own:
1. Build & Launch Workflows – Convert business rules into contact, company, deal, and ticket automations, sequences, and chatflows.
2. Configure the Platform – Set up objects, properties, pipelines, teams, permissions, plus the reports and dashboards to prove it’s all working.
3. Data & Integrations – Map / migrate data from other CRMs or ERPs and keep two-way syncs (Salesforce, Snowflake, etc.) healthy.
4. Governance & QA – Enforce clear naming, access levels, and staging/sandbox tests so workflow sprawl never happens.
5. Continuous Improvement – Run quarterly audits, kill or merge bad automations, and train sales, marketing, and service teams on the new stuff.
Must-Haves:
1. 2–4 years hands-on HubSpot, including complex multi-branch workflows and programmable automation
2. Strong data hygiene and migration chops (imports, dedupe, field mapping)
3. Comfortable with APIs, webhooks, and basic integration logic
4. Experience managing user roles, pipelines, business units, and teams
5. Familiar with governance basics—naming standards, change control, sandbox testing
Nice-to-Haves:
- HubSpot Operations Hub or Solutions Architecture experience
- Basic JavaScript/Python for custom code actions
- BI know-how (Looker, Power BI) for downstream reporting
Certifications & Tools
- Required: HubSpot Marketing Software + Workflows certs
- Bonus: HubSpot RevOps or Implementation for Partners cert
- Toolkit: HubSpot, Zapier/Workato, GTM, Excel/Sheets, Postman, Git/Sourcetree
