Real Estate Skip Tracer & Cold Caller (Work From Home | Full-Time)

We're looking for a driven, detail-oriented, and fluent English speaker to join our team as a Real Estate Skip Tracer & Cold Caller. You’ll play a critical role in finding property owner contact details and reaching out to gauge interest in selling.

This is a long-term, stable opportunity with growth potential for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

Skip Tracing:
Use online tools to locate accurate phone numbers and emails for property owners.
Organize and update CRM with trace results.

Cold Calling:
Call commercial property owners using our dialer and proven script.
Build rapport and ask if they’re open to selling their property.
Handle basic objections and set appointments for follow-up by our U.S. team.

? Requirements:
Excellent spoken and written English (neutral/clear accent)
1+ year experience in real estate cold calling or skip tracing
Comfortable speaking on the phone and following a script
Fast and reliable internet
Laptop or desktop with headset and quiet work environment
Committed, honest, and eager to grow with the team
