Job Title: Front-End Developer (Flutter)

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Front-End Developer with expertise in Flutter and BLoC architecture to lead the development of a cross-platform application for iOS, Android, and Web. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building and deploying Flutter Web applications and is skilled at architecting scalable, maintainable front-end codebases.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain applications using Flutter for iOS, Android, and Web.
Build and deploy high-quality Flutter Web applications.
Architect and manage state using BLoC (Business Logic Component) architecture.
Write clean, scalable, and well-documented Dart code.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, backend developers, and product managers.
Implement responsive UI designs that perform across a variety of screen sizes and platforms.
Integrate with RESTful APIs and third-party services.
Use Git for version control, branching, and pull requests in a collaborative environment.
Conduct code reviews and contribute to best practices in Flutter development.
Continuously optimize performance and stay up to date with the Flutter ecosystem.
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of professional experience building Flutter applications.
Proven experience building and deploying Flutter Web applications.
Strong proficiency in Dart and the Flutter framework.
Deep understanding of and hands-on experience with BLoC architecture.
Experience integrating APIs and managing asynchronous operations.
Strong grasp of responsive design and cross-platform UI/UX best practices.
Proficient with Git in team-based workflows.
Experience publishing apps to both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Nice to Have:
Experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Teams, SharePoint, Azure AD).
Background in or strong collaboration with marketing teams (digital marketing experience is a plus).
Familiarity with Firebase, GraphQL, or custom backend systems.
Experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines for Flutter.
