I am looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join my high-performance online coaching. This is a part-time role (10–15 hours/week) where you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations smooth and our clients engaged.

???? Responsibilities:
You will be trained and supported in all tasks. Key responsibilities include:
? Updating client touchpoints in Hubspot for non-responsive or inactive clients
? Tracking and documenting missed client check-ins while keeping account notes accurate
? Writing and sending personalized, reflective notes to clients in Trainerize each week to keep them encouraged and engaged
???? What We’re Looking For:
Excellent, proficient, written English (tone matters—warm, clear, and human)
High attention to detail and follow-through
Organized and responsive
Comfortable working with Google Docs/Sheets, Hubspot (or CRM experience), and learning new tools via video
Reliable internet connection and ability to meet weekly deadlines
Thrive in a high-paced, elite environment

? 10–15 hours per week
???? [$11.50/hour USD] depending on experience (paid via Wise or PayPal)
???? Flexible schedule with some overlap during the hours of 1:00 PM Central Standard Time and 4:00 PM Central Standard Time for communication
