Backend Developer (Strapi + CRM + AWS)

We’re hiring a backend developer who meets the following:

? Fluent in English – written and verbal
? Proven experience with Strapi – show us what you’ve built
? Strong AWS experience – EC2, S3, security best practices, and deployment workflows
? CRM integration experience – HubSpot, Zoho, or similar
? Reliable and self-directed – you meet deadlines and communicate clearly
? Full-time availability – 40 hours/week, with some overlap to U.S. Eastern Time
? Solid references – from previous clients or employers

Bonus if you have:

Experience working with early-stage startups

A passion for meaningful, mission-driven projects

Familiarity with secure user authentication and permissions management

What You’ll Be Doing:

Maintaining and scaling our Strapi CMS and backend

Managing AWS infrastructure and deployments

Building API connections to our CRM and external services

Supporting membership-tier integration and automation

Working alongside our small team to continuously improve user experience
