Remote Short-Form Video Editor & Content Assistant

We’re looking for a highly organised, creative, and self-motivated Short-Form Video Editor with strong social media instincts and a passion for helping creators and coaches grow their authority online.

This is a hybrid role where video editing is the priority, but we’re also looking for someone who enjoys researching social trends, coming up with content ideas and titles, and helping us create a smooth, organised pipeline from raw footage to published content.

???? What You’ll Be Doing
- Edit short-form educational/coaching content (15s–1min30) using clean, simple styles (no wild transitions or effects)
- Add text overlays, do basic colour grading, and export high-quality final videos
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT or Poppy.ai to brainstorm titles, scripts, content ideas, and carousels
- Write clean, grammatically correct captions with hashtags and CTAs
- Assist with scheduling and uploading content across platforms (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
- Use ClickUp (or your own system) to stay on top of deadlines and deliverables
- Be available for feedback, revisions, and small tweaks when needed
- Occasionally create carousels using Canva or similar tools with help from AI

???? What You’ll Need
- Strong English writing and communication skills (grammar is a must)
- Organised and able to manage multiple pieces of content at once
- Confident using Premiere Pro, CapCut, or any tool that gets the job done
- Understanding of short-form content trends, what makes something perform, and how to craft an engaging hook
- Comfortable using Google Drive, ClickUp (or similar), and basic scheduling tools
- Reliable, self-led, and open to feedback
