Virtual Assistant – YouTube Editing, Design & Link Building

We’re looking for a proactive and creative Virtual Assistant to join our small team. You’ll help us grow our online presence through strong video editing, content design, and digital outreach.

What You’ll Do
Edit weekly YouTube videos (cut, trim, add music, overlays, B-roll, and subtitles)

Design branded content in Canva for Instagram and LinkedIn (following our visual style)

Schedule and post to social media (5–7x per week)

Do link-building outreach to relevant blogs and websites to increase backlinks to our site

Must-Have Skills:
Strong experience editing videos for YouTube

Canva pro: clean, modern design style and fast turnaround

Confident with social media scheduling (Instagram + LinkedIn)

Excellent written English for emails and outreach

Familiar with link-building strategies and tools (e.g., Hunter, Ahrefs, etc. – a plus)

Nice to Have
Knowledge of SEO basics

Experience with AI tools (e.g., Descript, ChatGPT, Pictory)

Interest in business, AI, or digital transformation content

Details
Part-time freelance (10–20 hrs/week to start)

Fully remote

Flexible schedule, but weekly deadlines
