Hi! I’m the founder of Enagua Mart, a fast-growing online store focused on sustainable and climate-smart products —including a new line of electric bikes. We’re on a mission to make green living accessible, and for every $20 spent on our store, we plant a tree and support a farmer in Sub-Saharan Africa.
I’m looking for a reliable, proactive, and results-driven Virtual Assistant to help manage day-to-day marketing and store operations. This is a part-time role (8–10 hours/week) with flexible hours and bonuses based on sales performance.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage product listings, edits, and general Shopify admin tasks
2. Schedule and post content on Instagram,
3. Set up and manage basic
4. Track survey submissions, conversions, and customer engagement (Google Sheets)
5. Respond to customer inquiries via
6. Monitor Shopify analytics (abandoned carts, sessions, etc.)
7. Provide weekly performance updates and suggestions for improvements
8. Engage with followers to build trust and boost brand presence
Requirements:
- Experience using Shopify
- Confident in managing
- Skilled in Canva, Google Docs/Sheets, and basic content scheduling tools
- Strong English communication skills
- Organized, dependable, and goal-oriented
- Experience with e-commerce (especially product launches and customer service)
- Bonus if familiar with TikTok marketing, Klaviyo, or simple video editing tools
Compensation:
- Starting at $150–$200/month, based on experience
- Bonuses available based on performance and sales goals
