JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Facebook Lead Generation Specialist who knows how to turn clicks into clients. If you have a proven track record of building and optimizing high-performing Facebook ad campaigns that drive real leads, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
• Strategize, launch, and manage lead generation campaigns on Facebook & Instagram.
• Write compelling ad copy and collaborate on creative (image/video) assets.
• Set up Facebook Pixel, conversion tracking, custom audiences, and lookalikes.
• Optimize campaigns for cost-per-lead (CPL), conversion rate, and ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to improve results.
• Report weekly on KPIs and suggest actionable insights.
• Stay current with Facebook Ads updates, algorithm changes, and trends.

Requirements:
• 2+ years of hands-on experience running Facebook Lead Ads.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, targeting strategies, and performance metrics.
• Ability to build lead funnels with retargeting and lookalike audiences.
• Experience integrating Facebook leads with ---------- or automation tools (e.g., Zapier, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
• Creative thinker with analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
